1. Why was I charged?
Usually, this is because your subscription renewed automatically, you purchased an add-on (like AI Stylist or the 4-in-1 PDF Guide), or you subscribed to Dressly at checkout. Price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are always shown before you confirm a purchase.
2. Why was I charged after cancelling, or why do I see a pending charge or two charges?
If a renewal processed before your cancellation took effect, that charge remains valid - you keep access until the paid period ends.
A pending or authorization charge is a temporary hold that disappears once the payment completes.
Two charges often mean two separate purchases (e.g., a subscription plus an add-on), not a duplicate charge.
3. Why does the charged amount differ from the price shown, or why was I charged in USD?
Dressly processes payments in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the transaction and may add its own exchange rate, foreign transaction fees, or conversion fees - these are set by your bank.
