1. How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time before your next renewal date. The method depends on where you subscribed:
Dressly website - Account Settings → Manage Subscriptions → follow the cancellation steps.
Apple App Store - manage it in your Apple ID settings.
Google Play - manage it in your Google Play account.
2. Can I pause or change my subscription plan?
Cancelling only stops future renewals - you’ll keep Premium access until the current billing period ends, and your account and preferences will stay saved. You can also pause your subscription and resume it later.
3. Does cancelling delete my account?
No. Cancelling and deleting your account are separate actions - see Settings → Manage Account for account deletion.
