How long does a refund take, and why haven't I received it yet?
Once approved, most refunds are processed by financial institutions within 5-10 business days, though this varies by bank, card issuer, and weekends/holidays. A refund shown as "pending" simply means your bank has started processing it - the funds haven't been credited yet. Refunds always return to the original payment method - they can't be redirected to a different card or account.
