Updating Your Profile

1. How do I update my profile, measurements, or style preferences?

Go to the Plan tab → My Profile to update your body measurements, preferred brands, and style or color preferences. Keeping this current improves the accuracy of your recommendations.


2. How do I change my email?

Go to Settings → Manage Account → Change email. For sign-in problems or password recovery, see Login & Account Access.
